Messages you send us. When you tap a WhatsApp button, you start a conversation with us on WhatsApp and choose what to share — typically your name, your business, and what you’re looking for. We receive whatever you send.
Basic technical data. Like any website, ours is delivered by a hosting provider that may log standard request information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and running well.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project; and to operate, secure, and improve this website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. It stores a single language preference in your browser so it can remember whether you prefer Indonesian or English; that value stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Services we rely on
We use a few trusted providers to run this site: Cloudflare for hosting and security, and Google Fonts to load our typefaces (which may involve your browser requesting fonts from Google). When you contact us, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is also governed by WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own privacy terms.
These providers process data only as needed to deliver their part of the service.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of our work together, then remove them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve shared with us — just get in touch and we’ll help.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
